About This Activity
Description
This lifeguard training includes water and land rescue techniques and how to deliver critical care such as CPR, use an AED, and perform first aid when moments matter. This lifeguard class follows the American Red Cross curriculum and involves an online portion that must be completed prior to the start of the course.
To enroll, you must be able to attend all days/times of this 3-day course and must pass the prerequisite (150 yards-2 minute tread with no-hands-50 yards swim and a timed brick event).
This class also has an online portion that will need to be completed ahead of the first day of the Lifeguard Class (i.e. May 15 @ 1pm). More details regarding the online portion will be available after enrollment.
DATES (Participants must attend ALL dates/times):
- Wednesday, May 15 (1-7pm)
- Thursday, May 16 (12-6pm)
- Friday, May 17 (12-6pm)
