Do you want to build a scarecrow? Join us for our HIRLN outing as we meet at the Hillview Branch Library to build and create scarecrows for the spooky season. Participants will also have access to some snacks and watch a film while building scarecrow.

Participants must be able to participate in a 1:8 staff to participant ratio and be able to attend to their own personal care needs or have an attendant present.
