Tik-Tok Dance class combines training and fun competition. During this class, participants will prepare for a small group dance off at the completion of the class. Participants will learn aspects of Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Dance Workout, K-Pop, Ballet, Salsa, Popping, Jazz, Lite Feet, Heels, House, Locking. The goal is to foster community connection and a healthier lifestyle. This class develops focus on gross motor skills, pertinent dance steps, and helps to build confidence and self-esteem for all ages.
