Flag Football is the perfect introduction to “America’s Game.” Participants learn skills on both sides of the football - including the core components of passing, catching, de-flagging and defense - all presented in a fun and positive environment. Please bring a water bottle, snacks, and a lunch for full-day programs. Wear appropriate clothing and running shoes. All participants receive an award certificate, Skyhawks t-shirt, and ball.
