Activity Organizer: Ms. Pochiraju, Srikanth Pinnaka Email: mayuri.pochiraju@basisindependent.com srikanth.pinnaka@gmail.com Dates: Wednesdays Time: 4:00 PM–5:00 PM and 5:30 PM–6:30 PM Location: Online and In Person Grades: 6–12 Club meetings will take place every Wednesday – on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays, we will meet in person from 4:00 PM–5:00 PM, and on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays, we will be meeting online via Zoom from 5:30 PM–6:30 PM. Description: Our purpose in creating this club is to provide a fun and engaging environment for those who have an interest in the medical field to discuss their different opinions and perspectives with each other as well as to expand members’ knowledge about the numerous specialties in medicine through lectures from guest speakers. With entertaining but educational activities, we seek to advance the awareness of members about topics in medicine, including life-threatening diseases such as cancer and medical ethics in various countries. Members will be required to purchase dissections kits and will be provided with information on how to do so.
