Description
Come on down for some good ol’ outdoor fun on Emma's Farm! Outdoor Adventure Camp at Emma Prusch Farm offers kids a unique opportunity to learn about nature and experience life on the farm. Each day campers will grow and harvest vegetables, play games, create arts & crafts, go on nature-based field trips, and, best of all, get to help take care of Emma's resident animals! Camp participants must bring their own cold lunch, snacks, drinks, water bottles, and wear comfortable shoes, face mask*, and sunscreen every day. Camp will be located at Emma Prusch Farm Park, and children will be assigned to a smaller group at specific sites within the park.
*Families opting not to participate in field trips are responsible for finding alternative care for their child(ren) not attending the trip. The City will not provide a prorated refund for those that elect not to participate, nor will onsite care be available. Campers need to bring water, lunch* and sunscreen each day.
* List of field trip dates and locations will be emailed in advance of camp start date.
*Safety is our main priority, and we will continue to follow all Santa Clara County and state of California guidelines. Please keep your child home if they are displaying any signs of illness and report the absence to Patricia Rivera at (408) 794-6263 or patricia.rivera@sanjoseca.gov
