This camp teaches young athletes the essential skills to lead the crowd and support the home team! Each camper will learn cheers, proper hand/body movements as well as jumping techniques. There is no stunting, just a big focus on fun while each cheerleader learns important life skills such as teamwork and leadership. The week concludes with a final performance and when available, a chance to cheer during a Skyhawks sports scrimmage! All participants receive an award certificate, pom-poms to keep, and Skyhawks t-shirt.Please wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes.

Refunds must be made in writing 14 calendar days prior to the start of the activity.
A $10 Processing Fee applies to each activity cancellation requested by the participant.
NO REFUNDS will be made for requests received LESS THAN 14 calendar days prior to the start of the activity.
If your child requires medication during program hours, a Medication Waiver must be completed for them to use the medication and/or receive assistance administering it while in the program. This includes items such as EpiPens, inhalers, and other prescribed medications. If this is not noted under Special Accommodations during registration, please email Krissy Marquez at Christine.marquez@sanjoseca.gov to communicate your child’s medication needs. This is a City-wide policy to ensure the safety and proper care of all participants during program hours.
