This collaborative day camp program is provided by the City of San Jose's Therapeutic Services and California Diabetes Association. There will be fun activities, outings, games, crafts, and diabetes education. Parental/Guardian education meetings available as needed. Nursing staff will be on site to help monitor blood sugars and provide education to participants and families.
