Together, you’ll stretch, breathe, and move through fun poses inspired by nature, all while enjoying the fresh air and beautiful garden surroundings. It’s a perfect way to bond, build strength, and grow calm minds side by side. (price includes one youth and one adult)*Please bring your own mats*
Please make sure that participate is dressed in casual, comfortable, weather-appropriate attire, including closed-toe shoes that you do not mind getting dirty.
