Join this cardio and conditioning class and take advantage of some of latest aquatic fitness exercises while listening to motivational music. HITT and Tabata training is incorporated into some classes to help challenge you to achieve your fitness goals. Maintain or jump-start your fitness program! Excellent cross-training. Water shoes recommended.CLASS SCHEDULE: Subject to Change: Due to their very nature, our classes are “subject to change”. Class change notices will be sent via email to the email address on file. Please check your email OR check class status at the Community Programs website before your scheduled class.
Please pay special attention to the class day & time in which you are enrolled. Due to limited pool capacity, make-ups and substitutions are not available.
