About This Activity
Football for Rising 8th Graders & Freshmen: Non-contact Football, Strength, Conditioning and Practice Instructor: Nate Turner-Former NFL Player, Grades: 8-9 Fall and Spring Semesters: June 10th to July 19th, 2024 Strength and Conditioning: Tuesday and Thursday from 2:00 pm to 3:45 pm Practice: Monday through Thursday from 4:05 pm to 6:30 pm Students enrolled in this section will participate in a comprehensive 6-week strength and conditioning program intended to teach the fundamentals and techniques involved in strength training. The program will offer students a foundation for success as they prepare themselves for high school athletics in the upcoming years. Students enrolled in this section are required to attend both the Strength and Conditioning and Practice sessions. Schedules are subject to change. Fee: $500 (Fee includes a Titan football T-shirt.)
