Dive into an exciting summer experience! Our Jr. Lifeguard Camp is perfect for young participants looking to develop essential water safety skills, build confidence in the water, and explore the responsibilities of a professional lifeguard. Throughout the program, participants will receive foundational training in rescue techniques, first aid, and drowning prevention, while also engaging in aquatic fitness activities to enhance strength and endurance. The camp fosters teamwork, leadership, and communication skills, helping participants grow both in and out of the water.Prerequisite: Must pass a swim test (50- yard swim, 1-minute tread, and retrieve object from deep water)
