Santa Monica Softball Academy offers quality instruction for ALL LEVELS of softball. Instructions will be given by professional softball coaches. Players will practice pitching, catching, hitting, fielding and base running. This developmental program is designed with a direct emphasis on learning the primary fundamentals that lay down the foundation for elite play in softball. Players are typically grouped based on age and ability. Instruction will be given by professional baseball coaches.
Players should wear softball attire daily, including hats, cleats, sunscreen and plenty of water for hydration. Please bring a snack, lunch, water and sunscreen. SMSBA professional coaches are subject to availability and at the discretion of SMSBA for any and all camps and classes.
$10 cash material fee payable to instructor at camp.
LATE PICK UP FEE:
Late Pick-up fees apply to the 3pm pick up time
1. 5-15 minutes late $20.00
2. 16-30 minutes late $40.00
3. 30 mins-1hr late $50.00
REFUNDS - Camp refunds will be issued with medical documentation or if requested at least 5 calendar days prior to the first meeting. Refunds will be prorated. A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Requests must be made by email to community.classes@santamonica.gov. Material fees are not discountable and are nonrefundable.
REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE ENROLLMENTS resulting from multiple registration submissions (at one or more offices or via online registration) will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee for each activity session refunded.
Makeups will not be offered for days missed by the student. All class dates, times, locations, and instructors are subject to change without notice.
