Description
Santa Monica Softball Academy offers quality instruction for ALL LEVELS of softball. Instructions will be given by professional coaches. Players will practice pitching, catching, hitting, fielding and base running. This developmental program is designed with a direct emphasis on learning the primary fundamentals that lay down the foundation for elite play in softball. Players will learn proper fundamentals and techniques each day! We scrimmage daily after lunch whenever possible. Players will be grouped by age and ability. Players are to wear softball attire, hat, cleats, pants, bring plenty of water and sunscreen! Lunch is available for delivery through Subway weekly! Santa Monica Handel’s ice cream is available on Friday’s! A great way too cool down after a great week of softball camp!$10 cash material fee payable to instructor at camp.

PRIORITY ONLINE REGISTRATION for Santa Monica residents begins Wednesday, November 1 at 6 a.m. Non-resident registration begins Wednesday, November 8 at 6 a.m. Online registration is required. Walk-in registration is not available.
REFUNDS - Camp refunds will be issued with medical documentation or if requested at least 5 calendar days prior to the first meeting. Refunds will be prorated. A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Requests must be made by email to community.classes@santamonica.gov. Material fees are not discountable and are nonrefundable.
REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE ENROLLMENTS resulting from multiple registration submissions (at one or more offices or via online registration) will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee for each activity session refunded.
Makeups will not be offered for days missed by the student. All class dates, times, locations, and instructors are subject to change without notice.
