Description
We will be cooking some of our family's favorite international foods, including sweet and savory recipes. Little chefs are given the chance to touch, feel and create while learning the basics of cooking, measurement (math) and kitchen safety. They will create wonderful and tasty food for the summer. Daily cooked food will be given to take home. A handmade recipe book will be distributed on the last day of camp. Water fun days are Tuesday and Thursday. Please bring a snack/ lunch and drink each day. $40 materials fee due on the first day of camp. Please advise of any allergies prior to the start of camp.$40 non-refundable material fee payable to instructor on first day of camp. Please bring a healthy lunch and drink. Children must be able to attend camp on their own. Children will not be permitted with a runny nose or cough.Food allergy notice: Please be advised that food prepared in camp may contain ingredients such as milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, peanuts, and tree nuts.Late pick-up fees apply to the 12:30pm pick up time:1. 5-15 minutes late $20.002. 16-30 minutes late $40.003. 30 mins-1hr late $50.00Online registration is required. Walk-in registration is not available.REFUNDS - Camp refunds will be issued with medical documentation or if requested at least 5 calendar days prior to the first meeting. Refunds will be prorated. A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Requests must be made by email to community.classes@santamonica.gov. Material fees are not discountable and are nonrefundable. REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE ENROLLMENTS resulting from multiple registration submissions (at one or more offices or via online registration) will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee for each activity session refunded. Makeups will not be offered for days missed by the student. All class dates, times, locations, and instructors are subject to change without notice.
