About This Activity
Description
We will be cooking some of our favorite international foods, including sweet and savory recipes. Little chefs are given the chance to touch, feel and create while learning the basics of cooking, measurement (math) and kitchen safety.
Each day, they will make yummy food to take home and share. A handmade recipe book will be distributed on the last day of camp.
- Please bring a snack/ lunch and drink each day.
- $40 cash materials fee due on the first day of camp.
- Please advise of any allergies prior to the start of camp.
Food allergy notice: Please be advised that food prepared in camp may contain ingredients such as milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, peanuts, and tree nuts.
REFUNDS/TRANSFERS - A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Refunds will be prorated. Refund/transfer requests must be emailed to the Community Classes & Camps office at community.classes@santamonica.gov. Refunds will be issued only if requested within one day after the first class meeting. Material fees are not discountable and are nonrefundable.
REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE ENROLLMENTS resulting from multiple registration submissions (at one or more offices or via online registration) will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee for each activity session refunded.
CANCELLED CLASSES will be made up at the end of the session. Makeups will not be offered for classes missed by the student. Programs are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met.
