Description
Groove & Glow is a follow along dance workout for suitable for all levels. Jump start your morning with a fun filled hour of non-stop full range movement, designed to burn calories, tighten, tone, and elevate your mood with soul quenching music and company. With modifications for all groove levels, this class is guaranteed to get you going and glowing from the inside out!
- 3 Week " Mini Session "
- Bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, tennis shoes, and water bottle
REFUNDS/TRANSFERS - A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Refunds will be prorated. Refund/transfer requests must be emailed to the Community Classes & Camps office at community.classes@santamonica.gov. Refunds will be issued only if requested within one day after the first class meeting. Material fees are not discountable and are nonrefundable.
REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE ENROLLMENTS resulting from multiple registration submissions (at one or more offices or via online registration) will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee for each activity session refunded.
Makeups will not be offered for days missed by the student. All class dates, times, locations, and instructors are subject to change without notice.
