NO CLASS - SEPT. 7TH
Learning Through Art & Play at Douglas Park is still going strong after 50+ years! This class is ideal for preparing children for Kindergarten. We encourage communication, independence, participation, and exploration through play and arts and crafts. Your child will love singing ABCs and learning numbers while creating art specific to the season.
Children must be ready to attend class on their own and must be toilet trained. Please send a change of clothes if needed. Parents/caregivers are asked to be a teacher's helper on various occasions (vaccination required). Students should bring a healthy snack and drink. $25 materials fee due to instructor on first day of class. No class September 7.
REFUNDS/TRANSFERS - A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Refunds will be prorated. Refund/transfer requests must be emailed to the Community Classes & Camps office at community.classes@santamonica.gov. Refunds will be issued only if requested within one day after the first class meeting. Material fees are not discountable and are nonrefundable.
REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE ENROLLMENTS resulting from multiple registration submissions (at one or more offices or via online registration) will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee for each activity session refunded.
CANCELLED CLASSES will be made up at the end of the session. Makeups will not be offered for classes missed by the student. Programs are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met.
