About This Activity
Description
This is a youth beginner class. Players will be taught on a shortened court with low compression balls. No experience necessary. USPTA and USTA youth specialist instructors. Introduction to tennis through fun games. Prerequisite: This is an introductory tennis class - no experience necessary. If you have any questions, contact Debbie @ 310 430 1962. We can supply racquets for class, contact Debbie if you need a racquet, otherwise bring a 19" or 21" racquet. Wear non-marking shoes. Wear non-marking shoes
Players must bring a racquet to class and wear non-marking shoes.
Online registration is required. Walk-in registration is not available.
REFUNDS/TRANSFERS - A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Refunds will be prorated. Refund/transfer requests must be emailed to the Community Classes & Camps office at community.classes@santamonica.gov. Refunds will be issued only if requested within one day after the first class meeting. Material fees are not discountable and are nonrefundable.
REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE ENROLLMENTS resulting from multiple registration submissions (at one or more offices or via online registration) will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee for each activity session refunded.
CANCELLED CLASSES: Makeups will not be offered for classes missed by the student. Programs are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met.
