About This Activity
Description
The goal is to make players more successful their competitive goals
whether on a school team or individual tournament play. This camp is high
energy and competitive. Players will be grouped by ability at each session.
The focus is helping competitive players becoming more match-smart, as
well as being sure they are establishing proper pre/post match routines to
prevent injury. After dynamic warm-up, we drill to start the work-out with
drop-feeding followed by rallying, then we go into live ball points with
patterns. We start with groundstrokes, then transition play, followed by
service points. This is followed by team points and doubles’ games.
Instructors are USPTA or PTR certified, current and former college players.
