Hand Sewing & Stitching with Sarah Goldman (1st-5th)
Grab your needle and thread—it’s time to stitch up some fun! Children will learn the basics of hand sewing and stitching, a very practical life skill. Projects may include mini stuffed animals, colorful pillows, or one-of-a-kind fabric treasures. We will explore different stitches, add embellishments, use our imaginations to turn a simple piece of fabric into something amazing. No prior experience is needed- just a willingness to try something new. Sharp objects will be used.
This class has a $30 material fee which must be paid directly to Sarah Goldman by the second-class meeting.
