Where Spanish Comes to Life through Culture and Connection!
Spanish Adventure is a dynamic Spanish immersion program where children learn through meaningful, hands-on experiences. Through our Theme-Based Project Curriculum™, students explore Spanish through art, music, storytelling, movement, games, gardening, cultural traditions, and collaborative projects.
Each session is organized around a seasonal theme that brings vocabulary and language structures to life while encouraging children to communicate naturally in Spanish. Activities are adapted to children's ages and Spanish levels, allowing beginners and returning students to learn, participate, and grow together.
Children also enjoy outdoor learning experiences in our Garden of Dreams, where nature, language, creativity, and community come together.
Requirements:
- No previous Spanish is required!
- Our program is drop-off, and children must be fully potty trained and ready to attend class independently.
- Please bring: snack and water.
- Material Fee: $30 material fee is due to the instructor on the first day of class.
REFUNDS/TRANSFERS - A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Refunds will be prorated. Refund/transfer requests must be made by email to community.classes@santamonica.gov. Refunds will be issued only if requested within one day after the first class meeting. Material fees are not discountable and are nonrefundable.
REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE ENROLLMENTS resulting from multiple registration submissions (at one or more offices or via online registration) will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee for each activity session refunded.
CANCELLED CLASSES will be made up at the end of the session. Makeups will not be offered for classes missed by the student. Programs are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met.
