Spanish Immersion Preschool Orientation — Block 1 ( AM Session)
- Dates: January 6, 13, 20 & 27, 2027
Our Flexible Spanish Immersion Orientation Single Day Program offers families the opportunity to introduce Spanish immersion into their child's weekly routine. This option is perfect for children who are already attending another preschool and whose families see our program as a valuable enrichment experience that complements their existing schedule. It is also a wonderful option for families who want to gradually introduce their child to the Spanish language and culture.
Guided by our Theme-Based Project Curriculum™, children experience Spanish naturally through hands-on learning, creative play, movement, songs, storytelling, games, puppets, gardening, cooking, art, and cultural experiences. Children also enjoy outdoor exploration in our Garden of Dreams, connecting Spanish with nature, discovery, and meaningful real-life experiences.
Children gradually become familiar with our teachers, classroom routines, and Spanish-speaking environment, helping them build confidence, independence, and comfort communicating in a new language.
Children also interact with Rosita, our classroom puppet friend, who helps connect Spanish vocabulary with familiar routines and playful learning experiences.

Requirements:
- Our program is drop-off, and children must be fully potty trained and ready to attend class independently.
- Please bring: snack, lunch and water.
- Material Fee: $50 material fee is due to the instructor on the first day of class.
REFUNDS/TRANSFERS - A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Refunds will be prorated. Refund/transfer requests must be made by email to community.classes@santamonica.gov. Refunds will be issued only if requested within one day after the first class meeting. Material fees are not discountable and are nonrefundable.
REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE ENROLLMENTS resulting from multiple registration submissions (at one or more offices or via online registration) will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee for each activity session refunded.
CANCELLED CLASSES will be made up at the end of the session. Makeups will not be offered for classes missed by the student. Programs are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met.
