WEEK 5: Children will continue expanding their Spanish vocabulary while expressing their imagination through fun activities such as puppets and storytelling.
Campers will create their own puppets and interact with other friends by creating cool dialogues and stories to dramatize with their puppets. Children will explore basic principles of puppetry including marionettes, ventriloquism, and shadow puppets.
They will enjoy fun stories while discovering amusing characters, adventurous places, and creating their own endings to each story.
Youngest children must be potty trained. Children must bring their own snack, lunch, and water.
Material Fee: $50.00 to be paid to the Instructor on the First day of Class
Online registration is required. Walk-in registration is not available.
REFUNDS/TRANSFERS - A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Refunds will be prorated. Refund/transfer requests must be emailed to the Community Classes & Camps office at community.classes@santamonica.gov. Refunds will be issued only if requested within one day after the first class meeting. Material fees are not discountable and are nonrefundable.
REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE ENROLLMENTS resulting from multiple registration submissions (at one or more offices or via online registration) will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee for each activity session refunded.
CANCELLED CLASSES: Makeups will not be offered for classes missed by the student. Programs are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met.
