Music Exploration with Stompads led by Brains & Motion Education (1st-5th)
In this hands-on after-school music course, students will explore the intersection of music, technology, active play, and coding using Unruly Splats. Unruly Splats are programmable floor buttons that light up, make sounds – students play active games and create music through block-based coding.
Introduce students to music theory basics like notes, rhythm, and tempo through Splats games. Students engage in musical improvisation activities and explore how technology integrates with music - gain knowledge of coding concepts needed to code a short musical creation with Splats. No coding experience needed!
