LEGO Robotics & Engineering with PlaySmart Education
Lego Robotics is a project-based program that incorporates basic principles of engineering and physics by designing, building, experimenting, and playing with electric motors, gears, and other machine components. Each day your engineer will build his or her own robotic machine from a collection of thousands of parts and with the help of a master builder. Your engineer will build a functional project and then go creatively wild by customizing and modifying his or her creation. Finally, your engineer's machine is tested in competition or friendly play with other student engineers. Motorized projects may include walking robot, cable car, speedboat, gear car, steerable tank, quad bot (four-legged robot), spider bot and Battle Train. Other projects include catapults and castles, claws and grabbers, and a variety of gravity, human or spring powered devices.
