Level 1
Water exploration for ages 4 years and upThis introductory level is the first level in or Learn-to Swim program. Instructors focus on building students' comfort and independence in the water.Skills taught include: bubble blowing, retrieving submerged objects, front and back glides, front and back kicks, and front and back floats.All skills are practiced with the support of an instructor.Cancellation and RefundA $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity refunded. Requests must be made in writing to the program supervisor, in person, or e-mail at aquatics.mailbox@santamonica.gov. Refunds will be issued only if requested within one day after the first class meeting.
