Yoga with Zen Momma (1st-5th)
In this class we dive deeper into the practice of yoga and mindfulness. Class is playful yet rooted in discipline as we work on holding poses, focusing on breath and linking the two together. We discuss the mind-body connection and how changing our posture changes how we feel! We practice gratitude, activate inner peace and explore what it means to love ourselves. Games and activities toward the end of class reinforce concepts and invite in fun! Weekly crafts, gratitude journals and yoga mats are included.
This class is only for students currently enrolled at this school.
