About This Activity
Are corals an animal or a plant? What is coral bleaching? How big can coral get? Campers will investigate these questions and more while learning about the relationship between coral and zooxanthellae. They will zoom into the micro-level and form their own questions on what life is like for a coral polyp. Our new Biomedical and Immunology Teaching Lab serves as the ideal space to expand the world beyond what campers can see with just their eyes.
