This level is an introductory level, going over water safety and basic water skills. In this level, the swimmers will go over submersion, floating, front crawl, front/back glides, kicking and arm exercises. Games and fun activities are utilized to keep them interested and excited to learn to swim!
NOTE: There are no make ups for missed lessons!
