At the heart of IJE, its student-athletes, and coaches, lies speed school - a foundational program that introduces many of our current and former student athletes to IJE and our SPA training methodology. This program is designed to equip student athletes with the foundational skills required to excel in our training philosophy known as SPA-Speed-Plyometrics-Agility. Coined by IJE founder, Ricky Igbani, this philosophy blends speed mechanics, drills, and movements with explosive plyometrics and COD/agility training. 7 weeks. No Class 4/24.
