About This Activity
Description
The Shipyard is a strength and conditioning program designed to help high school athletes build strength, speed, endurance, and confidence for their upcoming sports seasons. Through structured workouts, proper movement training, and sport-specific conditioning, athletes develop the physical and mental toughness needed to perform at their best. A strong emphasis is placed on injury prevention through mobility work, movement mechanics, flexibility training, and balanced strength development. The program promotes hard work, accountability, and teamwork while creating a positive environment where athletes can challenge themselves, stay healthy, and continue to grow as athletes. 6 weeks.
