About This Activity
Description
Mixed Martial Arts, combined with classical Karate/Kung Fu training; that builds strength, stamina and energy. This class ranges from breathing techniques for energy and circulation to core exercises similar to Pilates and Yoga. Uechi Ryu Karate and Shaolin Kung Fu are combined with ‘cardio boot camp’ and equipment training for total fitness. Self-defense and personalized training you can practice at home. All levels welcome! 10 weeks. Instructor: Jim Duffey. No class 2/18
