Description
WRESTLING CLINIC (3rd -5th grade): Room A102 @ Rec Dept. An introduction to basic wrestling in a fun, fast-paced environment. Tailored toward the first-time wrestler, the program focuses on learning the fundamentals of wrestling with the purpose of developing basic skills through the use of exciting exercises, games and core strengthening. Participants will be matched by grade, weight and skill level. Let’s have fun! Instructor: Rick Moskowitz. 8 weeks.
