Description
WRESTLING CLINIC (Grade 3-6): @ Rec Dept. An introduction to basic wrestling in a fun, fast-paced environment. Tailored toward the first time wrestler, the program focuses on learning the fundamentals of wrestling with the purpose of developing basic skills through the use of exciting exercises, games and core strengthening.
