TABLE TENNIS SKILLS AND DRILLS: Multi-purpose room at Rec. Dept. Join this session to learn Table Tennis (Ping Pong) basics or improve your skills. Practice will start with one-on-one drills to improve forehand and backhand precision and lengthen rallies. Next, players will practice service and service returns with varying spins (backspin and sidespin). Finally, the session will transition to rapid one-on-one matches across all skill levels. Throughout, guidance is provided as needed on proper grip, stance, and stroke technique. A small number of paddles will be available but please bring your own if you have one. 10 weeks.
