NEW! Homeschool Yoga (Ages 6-14): A102 @ Rec Dept. Join Kim Spires of Inspire Kids Yoga in this playful class that introduces yoga and mindfulness through story, music and movement. Yoga at an early age has many benefits including confidence building, promotes balance and coordination, improves focus, sharpens awareness and helps cope with big emotions. At the end of each class we practice savasana, the quiet pose, and even try some meditation to teach ourselves to slow down. No prior experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and a yoga mat if you have one. This drop off program is for mixed ages 6-14. 4 weeks.Thursdays: Sept. 25 – Oct. 16 — 9:30am – 10:15am FEE: $58
