About This Activity
You’ll work with a professional painter to develop your skills through the help of well known painters whose unique approaches have gained much attention and established their giant reputations. Each week you will take a good look at the artworks of one of them to study their styles and painting techniques, and then go on to experiment and apply those techniques to your own work. Painters like Jennifer Packer, Kehinde Wiley, Matisse, Laura Owens and Yayoi Kusama will be the sources of your exploration for gathering new painting techniques to add to your current talents.
