Presented by JazzerciseDance Mix is the original dance party workout! Blending dance Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and strength training. One 60-minute session can burn up to 800 calories! The results? Long Lean muscles and an undeniable mood burst. Each of these instructional sessions is 6 weeks and your registration is only good for classes held at the Jackson Area Community Center.
