The Sea Monsters swim club is for kids ages 8-12 who are transitioning from swim lessons to the sport of swimming. Coaches refine the participants skills in the four competitive strokes. Participants will learn stroke drills, competitive turns, dives and streamlines all whiles improving their strength and endurance. Most importantly, kids on Sea Monsters will learn that success in swimming is about personal accomplishments and self improvement. Participants must be able to swim 50 yards (2 lengths of the pool) without stopping and have a basic knowledge of all 4 competitive strokes.
