In this school age dryland program, students will learn the fundamental aspects of strength and conditioning when not in the water that will translate into overall swim skills. Swimmers will focus on improving technique and endurance building.
Participants will need exercise clothes, tennis shoes, and water bottle.Participants will need exercise clothes, tennis shoes and water bottle.
