Description
Stage 4 (Stroke Introduction):
Students in this stage work on stroke techniques and learn all major competitive strokes. The emphasis on water safety continues through treading water and resting strokes. Students focus on developing stamina in the front and back crawl and development of breaststroke and butterfly.
Prerequisites:
Participants must be able to swim half the length of a 25-yard pool with a proficient front crawl stroke & tread water for 30 seconds.
What Do I Need:
Bathing suit, towel, and goggles (recommended)
