Ages 5-12. In this class, students add arm strokes and kicks to front and back floats to move purposefully through the water. They will also learn to change direction while swimming and master the swim-roll-swim technique using an elementary backstroke. Prerequisite: Students must perform front and back floats unassisted with kicks, perform unassisted front and back glides with kicks, and roll from front to back and back to front for swim-roll-swim.Sub-Category
