In this class, students enhance their freestyle, backstroke, butterfly, and breaststroke. The class also teaches advanced skills that include flip turns, open turns, and dives (dives are only taught at Willamalane Park Swim Center). Classes are held primarily in deep water. Prerequisite: Students can swim all four strokes with the benchmarks for levels seven and eight with good form and consistency.No lessons 11/28
