In this class, students continue to develop their freestyle and backstroke. They are introduced to advanced drills that are designed to enhance their endurance and technique. Classes are held primarily in deep water. Prerequisites: Students can perform freestyle with bilateral breathing kicks for 15 yards in deep water and can perform backstroke with kicks for 15 yards in deep water.No lessons 11/11
