Ages 5-12. In this class, students learn the butterfly and breaststroke in deep water with new drills and techniques. Students also enhance their freestyle and backstroke. This class teaches advanced skills that include flip turns, open turns, and dives (dives are only taught at Willamalane Park Swim Center). Classes are held in deep water. Prerequisites: Students can swim freestyle with bilateral breathing and kicks for 20 yards and swim backstroke with kicks for 20 yards with good form and consistency.No class 5/25
