In this class, students add bilateral breathing to arm strokes and are introduced to backstroke skills. They build endurance with kicks, which help develop freestyle and backstroke in shallow and deep water. Prerequisite: Students can perform freestyle arm strokes with kicks for 10 yards, elementary backstroke with kicks for 10 yards, and swim-roll-swim between freestyle arm strokes and elementary backstroke with kicks.No lessons on 11/14 and 11/28
