The ingredients are sent out Friday before class. The day of class you'll get a reminder, and the Zoom link will come 30 minutes before class. After class you'll get the final recipe and replay after the class to keep forever! All recipes are plant-based and focus on packing as many nutrient-dense ingredients in as we can - but with taste as a top priority!
