Description
The purpose of the recertification course is to give participants who are currently certified in American Red Cross Lifeguarding (Including Deep Water) the opportunity to review the course knowledge and skills within a formal course setting to maintain their American Red Cross Lifeguarding (including Deep Water) certification. Must hold a current certification, or expired by no more than 30 days, in American Red Cross Lifeguarding that included training in deep water 7 feet or deeper. Valid for 2 years. Minimum age: 17
Candidates must pass a pre-requisite swim on the first night of class. American Red Cross digital Lifeguard book, hip pack/mask and whistle will be given at the conclusion of the pre-requisite swim on the first night of class. Welcome e-mail and access to required eLearnings with due dates will be sent out via e-mail prior to class start date. All eLearnings must be completed by the due dates as assigned by the instructor. Candidates will not be allowed to continue the course if eLearnings are not completed on time.
