Camper athletes will spend part of their camp-day working with a wellness professional to build strength, endurance and coordination through cardio, weight training, skills & drills and more. With a focus on athleticism and healthy habits, campers will learn proper work out techniques after completing a YMCA Youth Orientation. In addition, campers will have the opportunity to participate in traditional camp experiences throughout their days.
